Quickspecs from GSI Office Environments is produced from post-consumer [Steelcase 9000] office furniture and is disassembled, cleaned, repaired, reassembled, and refinished while keeping the environment in mind. Under the BIFMA rating system, our products meet or exceed all industry standards. In addition, we have established strict standards of quality and appearance. Quickspecs remanufactured Steelcase arrives to you in “as-new” condition. Only you will know it’s remanufactured.
- All metal surfaces are refinished using a powder coat paint process, which conserves energy, reduces waste, and virtually eliminates harmful VOC's.
- We use glues that are water borne and non-toxic.
- Non-steel worksurfaces are made from Certified 100% Recovered & Recycled content. Minimum 50% Post Industrial Recycled wood fiber, and the balance (50%) recovered wood fiber (dry fiber weight basis).
- Over 350 tons of scrap metal is recycled, annually.
